Kasbah Guard is a local-first data loss prevention tool that intercepts potentially sensitive actions on AI chat platforms. The Service consists of a desktop application (macOS) and browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox). All content analysis runs locally on your device.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kasbah Guard is a protective tool, not a guarantee against data leaks. You are responsible for your own data security decisions. The Service assists you in making informed choices but does not replace organizational security policies.
Kasbah Guard is a free browser extension. All protection capabilities are included at no cost. There are no paid tiers, no usage limits, and no guards to consume. Every detection, warning, and block is free — forever.
Paid subscriptions are refundable within the first 7 days, no questions asked. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
Your data is yours. Kasbah Guard does not claim ownership of any content processed by the Service. All content analysis happens locally — we never see your data. Your audit trail is stored on your device and controlled by you.
You may not use the Service to circumvent security controls on systems you do not own, reverse-engineer the detection engine, or distribute modified versions of the software without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasbah and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
